That affects about ten million people every year and frequent, especially in poor areas and developing countries due to hygiene conditions.
Usually granted infection with hepatitis A immunity for life.

Virus
Hepatitis A virus belongs to the family or Bekornaveros (Bekornuep fever) and not to the virus envelope and contains a series of individual genetic material RNA (ribonucleic acid).

The emergence of the disease
Infection is usually from person to person by eating and drinking contaminated with the virus from an infected person, and infect by eating uncooked as some of the foods that you eat raw, such as oysters, vegetables, fruits that are eaten without peeling, or after washing the food with dirty water.

After ingestion of material contaminated with HIV virus is transmitted through the layer of epithelial lining of the esophagus or intestine and passing through the blood, and through travel to the liver where it settles in the liver cells and macrophage of the liver and multiply within these cells, a result, these cells become vulnerable to attack immune cells.

Be put up large amounts of the virus through the bile and into the stool and thus becomes the infected carrier of the disease. Extend the incubation period between 15 to 50 days and the symptoms continue from one week to two weeks.
Probability of death due to infection is less than 0.5% (about 4 in all infected in 1000)

Does not cause hepatitis A permanent damage to the liver are often granted to infection with hepatitis A lifelong immunity, the immune system produces antibodies that provide immunity from the disease later.

Proliferation
Most patients are traveling to developing countries and who were not exposed to the virus by hepatitis A, high probability of infection when having sex or drug use with the holders of the disease and living with it.
Transmission of the virus
Is by eating foods contaminated material and stool of a person infected with the virus is rarely transmitted through blood, the infected carriers of the disease before the onset of symptoms by 10-14 days. Virus is resistant to acids and sterilizers, drought and heat up to 60 degrees Celsius. Can survive for months in salt water and sweet.
Can eliminate the virus across the chlorine or formaldehyde (0.35% at a temperature of 37 degrees for 72 hours) or Alberasii acid (2% for 4 hours) or beta Brobrio lactone (0.25% for one hour) or ultraviolet radiation.

Symptoms
The first symptoms of the disease similar to flu symptoms, and some patients, especially children, may not look like them any symptoms at all, symptoms usually appear within 2-6 weeks of exposure to the virus.

Vaccine
A vaccine protective of hepatitis A virus containing the inhibitor and prevents 95% of cases for 10 years used for the first time in 1996 on children most vulnerable to HIV and people living with HIV disease. Virus is given in the form of two injections in the upper part of the hand within the muscle. The first dose gives immunity for about 2 to 4 weeks, and given the second dose after 4-6 months of the first dose and give immunity up to 20 years. .
We can also pollination, and prevent the possibility of the disease for a period ranging between 15 and 30 years.
