مدينة الثلج اروع المهرجانات الدولية السنوية
بدا مهرجان الجليد الدولي السنوي فى هاربين، عام 1963، و كان يلقب "مدينة الثلج" حيث ان الحرارة في فصل الشتاء تبلغ 18 درجة مئوية تحت الصفر وتستمر لمدة شهر واحد ، إذا سمح الطقس بذلك ويبدا في 5 يناير ويستمر حتى ارتفاع درجة الحرارة
